Upon signing a contract, Techvorizon AI assigns dedicated developers, secure infrastructure environments, systems architects, and brand specialists immediately to the client pipeline.

Consequently, the initial mobilization fee or advance phase-one setup payment (typically 30% to 50% of the aggregate evaluation scale) is explicitly deemed non-refundable. This retention balances advanced human capital deployment, cloud processing allocations, script setups, and initial corporate deep-dives.

2. Service Specific Refund & Cancellation Policy Parameters

Because workflow mechanics vary across processing divisions, cancellation limits are broken down across three core agency tiers:

• Full-Stack & Web Development: Project milestones are evaluated independently based on frontend layouts, backend systems, database setups, and final staging runs. Once a phase layout is officially approved by the client, the corresponding milestone funds are locked and non-refundable.
• Social Media Marketing (SMM): Corporate retention frameworks are managed on fixed monthly or quarterly cycles. Cancellation requests must be sent via written email 14 business days before the next automated billing cycle. Paid retainer packages are non-refundable mid-cycle.

If a project requires purchasing dedicated enterprise cloud hosting (such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Hostinger), specialized software plugins, custom API tokens, premium vector design kits, or font tracking rights, these expenses are paid directly to external vendors under shared W3C legal guidelines.
