Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Tools Section

Techvorizon AI offers a wide variety of free online tools (such as PDF editors, SEO keyword finders, and image format converters) directly on our website. Because these tools are 100% free to use and require no payment or credit card, the concept of a refund does not apply to this section of our website.

2. Why Advance Deposits Are Non-Refundable

When you hire us to build a custom website, run a marketing campaign, or manage your SEO, we dedicate real human time and resources to your project immediately. We ask for an initial advance payment (usually 30% to 50% of the total project cost) to officially start the work.

Why? Because as soon as you pay the deposit, we assign professional developers to your project, we purchase the necessary servers and tools, we create the project strategy, and we block our calendar for you. We cannot get that time and effort back, which is why the deposit cannot be returned if you change your mind later.

3. Rules for Specific Premium Services

Since different digital services require different types of work, here is how cancellations work for each specific service we offer:

• WordPress Website Development: Website projects are divided into steps (milestones). For example, Step 1 is the design, Step 2 is the coding. Once you approve a step and we move to the next one, the money paid for that approved step is final and non-refundable. If you cancel in the middle of the project, you will only be billed for the work completed up to that day.
• Social Media & SEO Marketing: These are monthly services. If you want to cancel your monthly marketing plan, you must tell us by email at least 14 days before your next billing date. We do not offer refunds for the current month because our team is already actively working on your content and ads.
• YouTube Channel Growth: Creating YouTube strategies, scripts, and SEO tags requires hours of deep research. Once our team has delivered the strategy or completed the channel optimization, that work is final and cannot be refunded.

4. Third-Party Costs (Domains, Hosting, Plugins)

Sometimes, to build your project, we have to buy things from other companies. For example, we might need to buy a domain name (.com), cloud web hosting (like Hostinger), a premium WordPress theme, or a special paid plugin.

The money for these items goes directly to those external companies, not into our pockets. Because of this, Techvorizon AI cannot refund any money that has already been spent on third-party licenses, domains, or hosting. If you cancel your project, we will transfer the ownership of those purchased items to you, but the money spent on them is gone.

5. What Happens if a Client Disappears? (Project Ghosting)

Successful digital projects require good communication. If we ask you for feedback, text content, or pictures for your website and you do not reply to our emails or messages for more than 30 days, we will consider the project "abandoned."

When a project is abandoned, all previous payments are forfeited (lost) and will not be refunded. If you come back after 30 days and want to restart the project, you may have to pay a "restart fee" so we can fit you back into our busy schedule.

6. How to Officially Cancel a Project

We want to make the cancellation process as clear and professional as possible. If you need to stop a project or cancel a monthly service, you must do it the right way:

You must send an official cancellation request via email. Casual WhatsApp messages, phone calls, or social media texts do NOT count as official cancellations. Send your cancellation email directly to our support team. Once we receive it, we will calculate the work we have completed so far and send you a final report.
